Work Experience

Sandhya joined Sesame Cash (originally Stack Financial Technologies) as a 15-count early-stage startup. She collaborated with executives regularly and defined objectives to be met. She also identified market opportunities, pitched product ideas, and key product and design decisions to get buy-in from senior management. She was also involved with creating product vision, roadmapping, and requirements, and project plans.

Sandhya led and designed the applications’ overall mobile ecosystem shipping features like financial literacy, savings account, social media feed (offers & stories portal), and bill payments.

Sandhya also owned and grew the product’s design system, creating the applications’ overall information architecture for iOS & Android and mapping it out by feature regularly. She onboarded and mentored designers, setting them up for success within their roles.
